Charlotte’s GF loaf is amazing. Ordered it before Xmas and had it in the freezer, just cracked into it.Never had a GF loaf that springy and tasty.Wouldn’t have guessed it was GF.Will definitely order again!

Huge thanks to Charlotte for such a fun Halloween bread making course. Robyn (and I) had the best time learning different techniques with delicious outcomes. Charlotte is a great teacher and we’ll definitely be making more of our own bread at home, once we’ve eaten the armfuls we left with today. Highly recommend.
