This place is a joke, you cannot get through to anyone from there service department. My vehicle has been there since the 07/11/23 with no update.Update - Multiple blunders with diagnostics of issues with my vehicle, resulting in missed parts orders. No courtesy car offered/available, resulting in myself having to hire a car.Note - Stellantis offered to have vehicle put together in a drivable state, but it would mean toing and froing to the garage over 45 minutes each way.

The showroom is very modern and well show case. Tea and coffee was available. Car parking was available and easy to find. The car park takes you to the main entrance. Excellent show room.

Danella Betts helped so much from start to completion of my new motobility vehicle. Rest assured Danella is fully and totally professional with giving the extra mile in making the whole process completely pain free process. I personally can not thank Danella enough for all the hard work she done for me as a motobility customer.

Incredibly poor service. After two visits could not solve issue with my DS blueHDi. Difficult to speak to someone, had to chase for updates on status of vehicle. Yet happy to charge an arm and leg for poor/mediocre service. Following relocation, it highlights just how poor service here actually is, new DS dealer near me is efficient, helpful and communicates quickly and does not need to be chased.

Trust the reviews. I bought a top of the range DS7 from here last year but customer service is worst than anything you can even imagine. They will never pick up the phone, ignore you, won't give you a courtesy car, and then you end up with more problems with the car after the service than when you went in. Now they are saying they are going to charge me because it's now past my warranty after delays on their side. It is such a shame that Citroen is trying to be a luxury car brand but they fall short in every way - not a surprise that there will be no return customers and no brand growth.Edit: I tried to call after the response on this review. No one picked up. I also have email addresses for two of the service managers, have emailed 3 times and no reply. I have raised a case with DS Customer Service now.
