It is very decent and good restaurant I definitely recommend it great customer service and excellent food is definitely worth the money

I’m new to the area and was looking for a new local Chinese was a bit unsure due to mixed reviews but the food was lovely, big portions and definitely worth the money!! Friendly staff will be back. Had to pay for prawn crackers due to only have a small order but didn’t mind because of the lovely food :)

FURIOUS!!! For the second time they have given me 'vegetable ' pancake rolls with meat and seafood in. I am allergic to seafood so if I hadn'tbitten into a piece of meat and opened it up to then realisethere were also prawns in it this could have made me very ill. This isn't the first time they have done this ( i didn't want to order from them again but my son likes them) so when we were ordering we very specifically stated vegetable pancake rolls. I will never eat here again

We've been loyal customers for over 5 years. Businesses are struggling and we accepted the price rises, then the reduction in what you for for those price rises and potentially, after an awful half crispy duck tonight, we may have also accepted a reduction in quality as we appreciate sometimes you will get a bad one from time to time. But... customer service is free and the response we got to our half 'crispy' duck being anything but (more slimy and fatty) was poorly judged and insulting. Being told 'you still got the pancakes and salad so it would be unfair to refund anything...' was a joke. If you fancy spending almost £15 on a few pancakes, cucumber, spring onions and plum sauce to eat then this is your place. Sadly, its not our go-to Chinese anymore. Times are hard, I get that but you don't seem keen on our keeping our business so we will take it elsewhere.

I don't normally write reviews, but they need to employ better staff. Rude girl with a lazy and no care attitude on the phone taking orders. Was here quicker than Usain Bolt, even though she said be about one hour. Wasn't cooked properly and way overpriced. Nearly £40 for a few dishes. Not even free prawn crackers. Better Chinese takeaways elsewhere in Braintree.

Ordered for collection over the phone and Amy (the girl on the phone) was very helpful and then again very polite on collection. Food was fantastic and will be ordering again for sure!

Sadly has really bad duck chow mein. The fat was on the duck still, not crispy it was very unpleasant. So I called but was told I could have free same dish next time. And that I should of called sooner.I have been loyal regular customer. I would of expected a offer to refund straight away. I am very disappointed in the customer service. And will think twice before ordering again.

This is a great Chinese takeaway. Food tastes fresh, the dishes contain lots of meat and vegetables and aren't all sauce. Food is piping hot, even after a 20 minute drive home and the prices are fair. Clean establishment. Try the Mongolian dishes. Delicious!

Me and my family are very happy with our experience first time ordering, delivery was fantastic came in under 20mins, prices were very reasonable and food was absolutely delicious, this is our new place to order Chinesefrom.
