The whole design process was really long winded, despite having provided a plan of what I wanted. However Ian was helpful showing me different handles and work tops etc he also made a couple of useful suggestions regarding layout. Unfortunately even in the sale the end result was FAR too expensive for me and it took over two hours to pin down an actual price.

Good selection of their kitchen ranges in the Showroom. Our kitchen designer Dave was so helpful & spent plenty of time amending the CAD visuals so e could be sure the kitchen is exactly what we want. The exterior of Magnet on the industrial estate needs smartening up badly ...but don't be put off.

We approached the journey to get our kitchen units/appliances replaced with some trepidation! We needn't have worried. The moment we visited Magnet Kitchens on the Lynx Trading Estate in Yeovil everything fell into place. Special thanks to Neil Maggs who advised (never pressured), designed and project managed the entire thing and to Ali who installed our new kitchen. The units/appliances arrived on time, as did Ali who was quick, efficient and a pleasure to have around. Within a few days we were were the proud owners of a kitchen exactly as we had envisaged! We have been delighted with the quality and also with the 'after care' - nothing has been too much trouble. Many thanks to everyone involved.
