Diamond heaven was the first place I went when I was looking to buy an engagement ring for my now fiancé and I’m so glad I didn’t go anywhere else!I originally walked in off the street and after a general chat for roughly 30-40 mins I made a formal appointment for the following weekend. This appointment was very in depth as I had a specific ring idea in mind. Within 2 hours Devlin had managed to find me the exact diamond I was looking for as well as design a bespoke band to go along with it.It was a quick turn around and I had the ring in my possession a month before I needed it for!Needless to say my fiancé absolutely loves the ring and has had endless amounts of compliments on it!The professionalism and kindness of the staff at Diamond Heaven is second to none and I can’t recommend them highly enough.I’m now looking forward to revisiting in the near future with my fiancé to select our wedding rings.

My husband bought a wedding ring for our engagement. Ring was beautiful and well made but size was 1,5 bigger than it should be. After the wedding we came to the Diamond Heaven shop in Glasgow with the requested to reduce the size. Company reduced the size of the ring for 3 sizes instead of 1,5. So it became too small for my finger. We requested to change the ring in order to get a correct size and company agreed, but after a month of awaiting we received a ring even bigger then it was from the beginning! We are not satisfied as we have to reduce a size of the ring again and I really can't trust this company to do so. Its quite frustrating to have such unpleasant moments after a wedding while I supposed to wear my engagement ring and enjoy it.

I went into Diamond Heaven to have a look at engagement rings, Calli was extremely helpful and explained everything, I was initially nervous but after five minutes of talking to Calli I felt comfortable and relaxed. I was able to pick the perfect ring and was absolutely delighted when I picked it up, I can not fault Diamond Heaven and the staff.

I bought my fiancé's engagement ring from here last year. All of the rings in the store were beautiful but they just werent right for my fisnce. Devlin helped me peice together a new ring that ended up being perfect! Ended up being the perfect ring In her opinion too. The ring was ordered 8 days before the big day and I was able to pick it up with 4 days to spare! Massive thanks to devlin as he helped ease a lot of stress from failing at other jewelery shops. She said yes and absolutely loved the ring!

I spent months looking for an engagement ring before finding Diamond Heaven in Glasgow. I explained exactly what I was looking for, sent photos of similar styles and Amy broke it down to simple terms, the right setting, and the right stone. Amy found me the perfect setting and sourced a variety of sapphires of different shades, and we quickly landed on the perfect one. Amy was attentive and clearly paid attention to the small details and for that, I’m very grateful!

Amy was wonderfully friendly, and put us at ease as we shopped for our engagement ring.She picked out one that I hadn’t seen that she thought I would like based on the selections I had made! And it was the ring I eventually chose!Lovely service and we went with them for our wedding bands in a few months time. Look forward to picking them up soon.

A great experience from start to finish! I had my first appointment with Calli and she couldn't have been more helpful. I knew very little about diamonds and engagement rings but Calli was very thorough and talked me through everything I needed to know. I visited Diamond Heaven a few weeks ago looking for an engagement ring. I didn’t have an appointment but Joseph let me in, sat and had a chat and made a nerve-wracking experience very comfortable. I think I was there for an hour or so, and Joseph was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and friendly. After leaving the store, I contacted him again and got my order processed really quickly. My fiancée and I were really pleased with the ring. It did need to be resized, which Devlin sorted out with no hassle, and again, incredibly quickly for us.I couldn’t be happier with the service we got from Diamond Heaven, I was so impressed with everything they did, and all the staff we dealt with were amazing, particularly Joseph and Devlin. We had an amazing shopping experience at Diamond Heaven with Calli, who was so kind and helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we had the best possible engagement ring and the best band and diamond for our budget.
