Hi Sarah king, can't see how to respond regarding your review.Unfortnately the last email we received from yourself was you postponing the job after multiple booked in dates that due to your other trades contracted by yourself delayed the job.Your review is not representative to how you were treated and I'm not sure what you mean by the last comment on your review as your gender has nothing to do with anything.Sorry that you felt like we didn't respond to you for any reason as we hadn't heard if the job was ready for us to proceed.

Agreed to do a job for me and when the time came just ignored my messages. Suggestion: notice woman talking to you!

We have really enjoyed working with Coln Valley Renovations to bring our vision to life. They've done an excellent job and we are thrilled with the new space. We would highly recommend them.
