Attended festivives today with my Aunt. A Staff member called Dave was absolutely Brilliant! He helped us find what we was looking for, recommended similar things we wanted and even helped us to the car! Such a Happy,Helpful,Thoughtful Gentleman! A credit to This Company! Thankyou Dave!

Visited Festive again today and witnessed the most amazing customer service from Paulina. Not only did she manage to converse with 2 elderly people who were using sign language about a replacement transformer, she actually gifted them their new tree with fitted lights at no charge. She wrote on the box that it was “a gift to them”. WOW. What a fantastic thing to do. It certainly made their day and perhaps, their Christmas. Well done Paulina and Festive. What a kind hearted gesture.
