I have been using Cypher for many years now and cannot emphasize how good this system is in my opinion the best on the market. I have used several other systems over the years, but Cypher is the most user friendly I have used from setting up tenders to inputting and reports. The copy and paste are second to none as well as all the favourites and kits.If you put the time in to set it up correctly from the beginning, it becomes a pleasure to use the system with confidence. Ian is fantastic! Many times I have emailed him with questions, sometimes silly ones and sometimes more technical. He works me through issues that I have and, if necessary, will connect to my computer to sort things out. Learning new software can be a little overwhelming, but he has provided great support for us (as a company) and been very patient with me!
