Really poor attitude from the male who works here, advertises a service of accepting hermes parcels but doesn't really want to do it and makes it very well known, not sure he knows it's a choice and doesn't have to offer it. Use budgens in Ringwood they have a great attitude.

It took me a while to realise, but every time i go to return parcels in this shop, one of the guys always says “the system is not working”and now I know it’s a lie or he’s a liar (any or both). I decided to read the reviews for this store and now realise that I’m not the only one that has had such terrible experience with this service that they advertise to offer.It’s simple, if you don’t want to return parcels take it off your site. There’s no need to lie. Or just say you don’t want to take the parcel, be honest. It’s your shop so you can do whatever you want. It’s a waste of time for us that have to come all the way only to be sent back. Please change your ways because it’s not proper. I want to believe Evri doesn’t have a knife to your neck to offer this service. Change okay? Thank you.

Lots of drinks..wine beers and vodka and crisps and chocolate..good price.

I regret going in this shop to use Evri. Angry nasty little man in there. Mumbles when talk not helpful. He has not returned my parcel to amazon as per his legal obligation to Evri. . No machine in there so have to trust the weirdo. Who takes your phone behind the counter. Whys that? He was angry when i asked why. Then I'm sure he just chucked my amazon return in the trash. DO NOT USE.REPORTED TO EVRI AND PREMIER.

The owner and his wife are extremely rude and unhelpful! Had a parcel to take back, they sent me away as they didn’t want it sitting in the shop then my daughter had a parcel sent there and the male owner told her to not to send it there again (even though it states it can be delivered there) and to stop messing him around! Won’t be spending money there in future!

For such a small shop they have designed it well with a massive range to select from.This is the corner store on steroids.Very friendly family who run it.If you find yourself in need of a few essentials this is a great little shop to bridge that gap.

What a joke! If you do not want to be an Evri drop off store than stop the relationship with them. I diverted a parcel to the shop for collection and they refused it, this was over a week ago and now my parcel has been returned to the sender. Your actions have consequences for other people. I have paid for items, waited for delivery of 3-5days and then you refuse the parcel at the shop. Now I have had to wait a further 7 days and then a further delay in receiving a refund from the original shop. I will not use this shop for any purpose ever again on the principle that you impacted my life just because you refused a parcel that you are clearly listed as an option, has the refurb gone to your heads where you think you are superior to everyone else?

Deletes reviews, terrible customer service, dogs get treated better, I deliberately drive double the distance to go to another hermes store now, after getting fed up countless times, that I use multiple times a week, so there loss, deserve to go under in my opinion.
