Very good at selling a cruise that we found out had been cancelled and had to tell them , they offered another cruise bit more expensive but looked exciting , again this was cancelled and no notifications from hays we found out from someone else who had booked with the same cruise company..Travel agents are there to look after customers not customers to tell them when holidays are cancelled. It took a few months to get this sorted but eventually I got a full refund
