Best service and customer care I’ve ever experienced at a dentist. Bent over backwards to do the right thing. Appointment was for my elderly mother but I’ll definitely be signing up myself. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Very accommodating environment…the dentist is very friendly, and professional. My kids are always keen to visit the dentist. Always on time…seldom to wait longer to be seen. The Dentist always explains procedures and gives reassurance to my children. Can’t say anything negative about this dental clinic. Would highly recommend.

I have recently completed 20 years of Dental care provided by City Bridge. During that period I have attended for annual check-ups and dental work (when necessary) with Andrew and regularly attended four hygienist appointments per year with Karen.To have done so over such a long period, in itself, speaks volumes for the confidence I have in the quality of care provided. The attitude and approach at City Bridge is first class. All of the support team at City Bridge have played their part well.A special mention must be made of Karen who has provided so much excellent professional care and dental advice over the years. Well I am not the bravest of people when it comes to the dentist after having a terrifying experience in the past. Then I met Dr Alex James which to me have been life changing thanks to his wonderful patience, care, understanding. He gives you the very best treatment he can give to you and with so much care and thought put into the outcome. The attention to every detail is outstanding , he truly cares about his work and his patients.He talks you though everything with you step by step and always making sure that you are ok. I never thought I would ever by relaxed in a dentist chair again but this young man is truly amazing and would recommend everyone to come and see him. I can’t thank him enough and a big thank too all the lovely dental nurses and the amazing reception ladies who are always so friendly with there big smiles.

I'm a new patient, and have received great reception from all staff on my visits to date. Dentist Andrew was very polite and considerate. Hygienist Becky was very gentle and thoughtful, along with Morgan who assisted her. Both my husband and I would recommend the practice.

I am a very nervous patient but ALL the staff are kind and understanding.I have been attending this dentist for some 40 plus years! During this time some of the staff have retired but have always been replaced by people who are sympathetic to patients such as myself.If folk are not able to go to the upstairs surgery there are facilities for disabled folk to be seen in a downstairs surgery.I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to friends and family.Keep up the fantastic work at making folk like me feel just a little more at ease when a visit for our regular appointments is required.

Could not recommend this place more!I rang them on a Monday after seeing an emergency dentist and them telling me I have an abcess, and due to a difficult extraction they said I'd have to wait four months to have a surgical procedure done!The receptionist was fantastic and managed to get me an app within 4 days off calling. I had my consultation with Ross and he was incredible. The whole process was welcoming, comfortable and so reassuring. Ross is an amazing dentist, and managed to get my tooth out within a matter of minutes alongside draining the abcess! The receptionist was fantastic at explaining all costs entailed! Amazing dentist surgery overall & fantastic team. Thank you again!

Best dental practice in Bristol!We have been taking our son here for about 7 years now and registered our youngest here as well.Andrew and his team are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to provide excellent care to their patients. Andrew is fantastic with our little boys and in fact our boys love visiting and always leave very proud with their stickers.I have recommended city bridge dental a few times before and will always continue to do so.
