Have been using RIM for a number of years and have always found them to be helpful and efficient.

Video of them cutting across a turning nearly taking out a motorbike waiting at the junction and couldn’t care less

Driver almost killed me on the road! Would not use those guys at all.

3 story Scaffolding left at my property for almost a year!! Was not safety checked for a number of months leading to my increase in anxiety about the safety of the structure.

Throw rubbish out of their vans onto the road while driving. No respect for the area they’re working in

If I could give these guys 0 stars then I would . 2 guys one very young with blocking the road outside my house, cars struggling to get past and my car was at risk of getting damaged, went out and politley asked if they could move their van 3 metres back so they weren't blocking the road, to be verbally abused, and told to move my own car from outside my own home, and told to shut the f up, when I explained I had disabled access as I have a child with a disability I was met with more verbal abuse by the young boy and his colleague. I immediately rang the company and asked to speak to a manager who wasn't available but spoke to a lady she couldn't seem to find who it was to ask them to move, even after giving her the address of the property they were working on and the registration number of the van. The young lad who I can only presume was an apprentice wasn't even bothered by the fact I had all his actions on cctv even after I explained I would send it over to his manager...both lads werent even wearing the proper ppe or taking any health and safety precuations which by law they must adhere to.The customer service from the company as a whole was very disappointing absolute sham of a company.

I've worked for this company for 17 years highly recommend this company great service for all your scaffolding needs and Peter is a good boss
