Vickery Holman has been working with us to manage our property, 8 flats, in Cornwall for a year now. We were drawn to VH as Amelia Julio initially came across as professional and knowledgeable. We have not regretted this decision as Amelia’s efficiency and drive has enabled us to complete the installation of new windows and doors throughout the complex as well as redecoration of the whole building. We would highly recommend Amelia - she is a credit to her company.

Vickery Holman has been managing our property in Plymouth for around 5 years. We are very happy with the service they provide. The property manager Amelia Julio has been extremely constructive and supportive in dealing with a range of challenges as they arise. At the same time Amelia keeps a proactive eye on cost management and service provision. We feel we are in a safe and effective pair of hands. Highly recommended.

Vickery Holman has managed our estate (86 flats and 31 houses) for the past six years. For a little over two years our property manager has been Amelia Julia.Amelia's professional and enthusiastic approach has led to increased operational efficiency throughout all areas. Through prudent financial and contractual management Amelia has kept overall budget increases to a minimum, whilst increasing the overall maintenance standards right across the estate. This is something that has been noted by many of the residents.

I was sent an email 5 days ago asking for information to be provided within 5 days. Despite calling 4 times to discuss the requirements I failed to receive any calls back. Very unprofessional.

I’ve found them arrogant, unprofessional, unable to communicate and displaying bullying behaviour. They appear to have no understanding of business. I don’t think they could organise a family BBQ

Vickery Holman have been our property managers for a little over six months and compared to our previous management company they have been a breath of fresh air. Any issues are delt with quickly and politely, our property manager keeps us fully up to date with any and all issues relating to the block.
