Just purchased a Discovery 3 last week.Very impressed all round . Not at all pushy , got a very sensible price on my part ex . Henry knew what he was doing , kept in contact and made the process seamless.Couple of very small issues which he responded to within 30 mins of my E mail.I would definitely recommend .

I bought an older vehicle from Ben Kemp and paid top money for it. However, I considered it better to by a top condition older vehicle rather than a tatty newer one. My entire experience with Ben and his manager,( also Ben) has been excellent. During my 3 month warranty period my truck developed a couple of minor glitches, but nothing you wouldn't expect from that age of vehicle. On both occasions I was warmly welcomed and my faults fixed completely to my satisfaction. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Anybody can sell you a car, they get their reputation from how they treat you when you bring it back with a fault. From my experiences Ben gets 100 percent from me. Far better than the main mini dealer from whom I bought a far more expensive vehicle for my wife. But that's another story. Well done Ben(s).

Avoid . Bought a Kuga from here and you get a piece of paper to say full service was given!! Had a full service been given I would not have had to take it back 11 times within the 3 month warranty. Workmanship in the garage is shoddy to say the least. Most of the issues I took it back for would have been picked up had a service been given as stated. When I had to leave the car at the garage, it was returned with scratches and back seat stained! The air deflector at the front was hanging down and on returning car, yet again, was told it was fixed. Was driving along A11 and it totally came down dragging on the road. Took it to another garage and told that instead of screwing it back using the manufacturer holes, it had been screwed into the rubber!! Absolutely shoddy. Air conditioning was not working, back we go again and within a few minutes, told it was working. The next day, not working, back to the garage and told it was now working, next day it wasn’t working. They then had it for 10 days as it needed a new part. 50 plus miles of diesel used when I picked it up as I had screenshot how much diesel left so it was definitely used for garage personal use. Worst car company I’ve ever used and never again

Excellent friendly family business. Nothing was to much trouble when we were part exchanging my old discovery for a newer model and they had a great range of vehicles to test drive and choose from and offered lots of good advice. Emails were responded to quickly answering all the questions I had. I will definitely be using them for all the servicing as well over the coming years as they have some of the tidiest workshops I have seen.

Popped back with my Discovery4, 15 months after buying, to query a dashboard warning light and the friendly team were happy to diagnose the sensor fault for me.

We recently bought a Used Land Rover Defender 90 from Ben Kemp Ltd in Norwich. I have to say that the service was great. He even allowed us to have a little test drive on our own! Not many dealers would do that.We looked at a whole load of used Defenders and the one we ended up buying was just perfect for us. Thanks Ben

We recently broke down on the road outside Ben Kemp Ltd. A member of staff came out and offered to help us in a difficult situation. This company fixed our car for a very reasonable price and got our family back on the road. The members of staff were very polite, helpful, friendly and went beyond our expectations. We would like to say a huge thanks! To all staff involved and we highly recommend this garage and all its services. Thanks again.
