East Meets West

Horrible experience and terrible customer service. Bought two outfits which I was told I can try on at home, was promised an exchange if it didn't fit, found a tear on one as I opened it. Took it back, both the staff and counter lady were very rude and wouldn't admit to the exchange I was meant to get, as they always check their stock for any damages, which they blamed me for. At the end Iost I good amount of money. Never going back there.

I used love shopping here. last 2 times I have shopped here has been horrible. They made me feel uncomfortable, unwelcome and took the enjoyment out of shopping for my nieces wedding. Trying clothes on is a mission, they literally told me I couldn’t try any more clothes on after I tried 2 outfits. We got dirty looks from the staff and they were whispering behind our backs which was awkward and offensive. Even after this we reluctantly bought 4 outfits. I then took my sister after a few weeks and they didn’t get down the suit my sister asked for because they said it won’t fit her so no point in brining it down. She’s a size10/12 and they said the suit it for people of size 10. At this point we just walked out, they are too rude and basically want you out the shop. It’s a shame because they used to be nice before.

One of the staff member is so disrespectful, she made fasces after i tried clothes on as it wasn’t hanged the way she wanted it to be, continued to make faces and kept on asking me who tried them on? even though I answered her that I did and that her colleague told me to leave them at side which made me upset her other colleague was nice and did make sure I was okay, but she continue to say why was i upset as she was talking politely then asked me if i had any issues in my personal life!Used to to enjoy doing my shopping from them NOT going to by clothes from here again after this traumatic experience!!!

Lovely shop with lovely clothes, got a lovely suit with a bit of haggling. i got a good reduction on a suit.

Always had a good experience there. Beautiful collection of Desi wears at reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff.

very expensive and bad quality i just wear dress for 2 hours and sleeves threads off very bad and unhappy experience i will never every go their again

Been here a few times and contrary to other reviews my experience has always been really good. Always managed to get something for my daughters but not for myself! 1st time I was there, they weren't too keen on us trying things on unless tge lady measured my daughters beforehand which was a little annoying, but we managed to try them on so all good. Overall , I've always had a decent experience.

I ordered my dress online from the sale items. I was a little concerned reading some reviews but I was getting it in plenty of time to make any adjustments if needed. My dress arrived 2 weeks after the order. OMG I've never seen such a beautiful dress. The detail is amazing and it fits perfectly. The invisible zip is a bit stiff...but I've got issues with those types of zips! I'm able to pull it on without undoing the zip so no problem. Even if I had paid the full price it would have been well worth the money. Love love love it.
