Better Brows - Northampton

AVOID HAVING YOUR NAILS DONE!!If I could put zero stars i would,My nails are absolutely ruined.I'm not sure if I had a trainee or someone who has only just qualified.(young girl) I only went in for a gel polish and my nails have been drilled so far down that my nails started to break almost immediately which then led to the gel peeling off. My nails are paper thin and they are very sensitive to touch,i can't even put my hands in hot water. I basically paid £20 to be tortured !! Its now been several weeks and my nails are still breaking which won't stop until they grow out ! I will never step foot in there again nor would i ever recommend to anyone else.

1st time visiting and had my eye lashes done in a classic style. They now look fuller and natural.

As always eyebrows were perfect and Tatiana never fails to impress with her nails!!! They feel like I'm not wearing any at all!!! Three weeks for infils and they could probably go longer but I never want to wait that long!!! As always the staff are lovely and very welcoming!Went again for a new set of nails and just LOOK at them!!!! I can't stop looking at them Tatiana should be so proud of the job she's done this time around!!! Thank you so so much!!! You are AMAZING!!!!! ❤️❤️

First time coming here, Andreea was so lovely and even took the time to explain what might work better on my nails. They came out way better than the photo I had shown, very pleased! Nice environment, very relaxing. Will be coming back! :)

Avoid to have your eyebrows done here. I did mine with wax and the women was not careful and I had iritation and it was sore for a week from it . Poor customer servise . Every time feel like the women working there just count the seconds for time to pass.

Got my eyebrows waxed and they are so uneven one is so thin and the other is thicker. I hate them and they were done especially for my 20th birthday as well. They are ruined and i dont know what to do. First time coming and will never go back again.

Pretty good, some are better than others. My only problem is they have an opening time but are never set up so you have to wait 10/15 mins for wax to heat up. They need to either change opening time or get there earlier. It's ridiculous
