Hamble Spring Fest

Lively great weekend market near river hamble, we come by pink ferry and just wandering around , shopping eating..

Is there nothing better than spending some time in Hamble Marina on a glorious late summer's day? . Yesterday, I was lucky enough to visit the farmers market with excellent food and alcoholic beverages, I so enjoyed having a wild boar baguette and washed down with a sweet quirrel cider and also a couple of moist brownies with half a pint of Fanny Ala from Basingstoke Brewery.You can drive to Hamble, of course, or take the pink ferry from Warsash @£2.50 per crossing. Remember, they only take cash. Sadly , the ferry runs till 4 pm, weather permitting , whilst in Hamble, you can also enjoy a variety of pasties from the local bakery, one of the best I have ever eaten on a previous visitWarsash does also have some car parks
