We booked the service two weeks in advance, and when we arrived, the service was unavailable. No one warned us about this, we wasted time and nerves

!!! Please do not waste your time and money for this! I have called to let know i might be 10 minutes late and they said ok. 2 min later, “the manager” called to let me know that if i will be more than 10 min late she will take somebody else instead. I was in the parking side, within 10 min late when called and they said it s already gone as 10 min past. It was supposed to be a 90 min treatment which they could just have make it shorter, considering my lateness, but they chose this was, making me loose 3h on driving to there and back home for nothing. There are a lot of other places to choose from for a massage, but the way this people give up their customers is incredibly out of my capacity to understand how a business wants to progress.

I have been having laser sessions by MN Aesthetics and I have received very good treatment, I go to Ninder for my laser and she has been brilliant, I have recommended to my mum and friend and they have gained two more happy customers :)

Unprofessional workplace and managed poorly, a few times I had arrived for treatment and I was double booked or had to wait over 30 mins, when the clinic is very quiet terrible experience with staff please don’t waste your time here
