Cannot express how impressed I was with prom dress shopping! From the moment we walked in staff were attentive, helpful, willing to suggest other styles and colours. Really knew what they were talking about. My daughter actually cried when she found “the one”. We came from Kent so not down the road. I would recommend anyone to come here and not find a dress. The quality of fabrics, design and actually seamstress work is second to none. Thank especially to Izzy and Sophie, exceptional attention to detail and made the experience brilliant!

Such a great experience for my younger sister. She went in there with an open mind and without an idea of style of prom dress she specifically wanted.The staff gave her some free will at first to have a look at all the dresses and then guided her politely by asking questions regarding how she was feeling with the different dresses until she finally found one she loved.A special thanks to Emily, she was so kind and patient and helped my sister when she was unsure but also gave her enough space to discuss with us and without pressure, all of the staff were attentive and encouraging bringing in different dresses until we slowly narrowed the search.The boutique itself is quite out the way and difficult to find, try and arrive 15-20 mins before you’re booked appointment to have a look around first.The prom dress and bridal sections are kept separate and each dressing room area was lovely.

Just had the best experience in this shop. Looking for my daughters prom dress. The lady who served us by the name of Erin was so helpful. She made us feel so comfortable and at ease. She had a lovely manner and she was very professional. The dresses were amazing. Would highly recommend this shop.

Bought a prom dress here to the tune of over 500 pounds for which my daughter was measured, it came back massive! But of course their seemstresses can fix it at a cost! Don't bother! I'd have done better buying a dress off the peg, now I've got to find someone to rectify the problem because I won't give Ivy Blu another penny frankly. Two stars because actually the staff were nice and the shop overall is an experience but seriously buys something off the peg.

Fantastic service, variety of dresses and staff. The set-up was lovely with a comfy sofa for my entourage and a huge mirror and plinth to admire what I'd tried on. I was given the opportunity to browse freely which was less intense or pressured. I was also given some suggestions based on what I liked from what I tried on. I felt they weren't interested in the sale but interested in finding me the best dress for me. When I did find THE dress, they checked with the designer to see if it would be ready for my short timeline and managed to work it out for me. I was also given a list of seamstresses for alterations and advised to arrange one sooner than later to ensure my dress would be ready for my big day. They also helped me in finding the perfect veil. I would wholeheartedly recommend IvyBlu to any potential bride!

Amazing place! They have an extremely large and wide range of very good quality dresses that suits not only proms but evening events and balls. I drove 40 minutes to visit, and was not disappointed! I needed a dress for two days time for a ball (evening gown), which was no problem. Jessica helped me to pick out dresses in similar styles to ones I liked, all in my size, that I could take away immediately. There's no where else like it nearby! I would highly highly recommend.
