What an absolute joke! I contacted this company today to make an initial appointment with a Mr. Andrew Reid. I was told by the secretary that he'd call me back in the afternoon.Mr. Reid called me at 19.50pm in the evening and then again at 20.14pm. I returned the call at 20.22pm and in the short conversation, he kept interrupting me when i was trying to explain to him why i needed his services.He had the audacity to then say that he had had a long 12 hour day and would contact me the next day.WELL - Lucky for him that he only had to work a 12 hour day, i work a minimal of 16 hours a day and i do not speak to anyone the way that he spoke to me or i'd not have a job.My advice to Mr. Reid, MAN UP and get on with the job in hand.Respect goes along way.

Angela and Thomas Docherty are one of the best team I have ever met in an organisation .I needed a solicitor for my mortgage ,even though it was my first time and the process of getting my mortgage was a bit stressful,there where ready to explain the process to me without complaining when I request for some clarification in several occasions.They were able to secure my mortgage and get my seller to send all the necessary Document .They are wonderful team and I will recommend them any day anytime

Not good when it comes to divorces. Keep your own minutes of your meetings and details as to when you called and why. They kept misplacing documents from my folder and when I complained I got told they had not lost anything. I have complained, but that is no good either. I have over £2,000 pounds so far and no further forward with my divorce. I have had to find another lawyer and having to start again. Not happy, won't be using them again or recommending them

Tom is an excellent lawyer. Throughout the purchase of the property Tom gave really good legal advice and we navigated the whole process with ease. Veronica in the team was also excellent. Both kept us right at every stage. Very quick to respond to questions and the whole conveyancing process was hassle free. I highly recommend this company.

Very slow at getting back to you, had to chase things up constantly and not much information or updates given. Taken 3 months to hear back about a claim due to them not answering emails.

I worked with Mr. Reid on a case regarding family law. He presented as very knowledgeable, calm, a matter-of-fact (which is what you expect from a solicitor) and yet very flexible with his time. Excellent service, great support and positive outcome. Moreover, the clerical support was timely and amazingly efficient. I would definitely recommend the service.
