I was treated with courtesy at the Bensons store at the Gallagher Retail Park in Coventry, United Kingdom. The staff were very patient while introducing the range of products. The showroom actually looked like a real home setting. Finally, the prices were very competitive and pocket-friendly.

For the price not what I expected the head board missing customer service terrible after told them of problem would take another 4 weeks for the headboard to come called the branch numerous times no answer I would not recommend this company at all terrible experience looking to get a refund and spend my money else where. If possible would give zero stars

Great store, always fab deals on. Well worth a visit. The manager is approachable as are the staff. Some cracking deals to be had especially jn this sale time. Forget the other big name stores. Benson is the way forward if you want a good bed or furniture. Making room for new stock save hundreds.

Very friendly when selling but my delivery was delayed. Salesman wouldn't talk and customer services was horrendous. Then there was missing part which could have taken another 6 weeks to arrive. I cancelled my order which took again 6 weeks and haven't even received .y refund yet.

We were interested in a new mattress — so popped into Benson for Beds when passing. We had checked out another bed & mattress shop in Leamington at the weekend but the manager seemed rather disinterested there. Bensons for Beds couldn’t have been more different. Natalie was attentive, knowledgable and very helpful and with the help of Paul the Asst Manager managed to sort out a deal we were happy with. We settled for an incredibly comfortable King sized mattress that my OH loved. She’d still be there now if we hadn’t needed to get back to work.

Can’t say our visit here was enjoyable no one would assist us I had to butt in on two sales people chat to ask a question. We left and walked off the road to purchase a new mattress from dreams who I couldn’t recommend enough.

What a lovely experience today in the store, really great to have an attentive helpful and knowledgeable member of staff to assist (Natalie)We had the opposite experience in a different store at the weekend and they lost out on a sale, but due to Natalie’s super helpful advice Bensons For Beds got the sale today.
