Marden completed an amazing commercial property for us in Chelmsford, highly recommended

Always windows problems. Slowest response time on snagging possible. If they don't want to fix something, they'll tell you it's your fault, they don't care what you say and it's never the fault of their poor workmanship- if there isn't we wouldn't be having the conversation in the first place. Called for updates, lady makes you think it's your fault for calling... AVOID! Will definitely tell friends and family. Is there no pride in the work you do?! There is just so much disregard for how much stress caused to the homeowners once the house is SOLD!

Major problems with resolving issues after the house was sold. Difficult to get hold of and slow response times when you do manage.

I find Marden Homes to be very helpful and professional in everyway. They respond to my queries in a timely fashion which is needed for a peace of mind.They seem to go the extra mile when needed to help with enquires.Thanks Marden Homes this really helped me with my purchase.

I found myself locked out of my bedroom this morning after the door handle stuck. It’s not a Marden build but the Tythe Marden team are working in the next street and we’re able to come to my aid. How refreshing to find that they were just happy to help, no problem, no charge. Thanks to Lee and Heath for saving my day

Brought a house on a development in horley. Properties look great initially, then the problems start. Poor quality and Marden take no responsibility. Painters advised that they were told to water down paint, to make it last longer. Wooden windows painted twice and needing to be done again, all within 2 years. Turns out they used interior paint on the exterior of the windows!! Windows also incorrectly installed. The list is endless internally aswell. Really could not advise more strongly to stay away from this developer. I would have made less mistakes in building the property myself and I am a novice when it comes to DIY

Bought a house with this developer over a year ago and still fighting to get major defects resolved. Poor customer after care is causing us a great deal of stress.
