Ordered through Uber rays and the food was late and totally inedible apart from the prawn crackers I chucked the other £30.00 worth food away … horrendous… I did let Uber know but they was just as bad

Absolutely shocking quality of food and service and to top it off was delivered 20 minutes late! It took an hour and 50 minutes to get our fast food take away!! This restaurant is using canned cheap meat, the sauce had been burnt and even the chips were hideous. Contacted for a refund of which the restaurant declined, thankfully Just Eat have agreed to process us a refund. Avoid at all costs, seriously bread and butter would have been a better meal!

Ordered food at 5.15 still waiting at 6 45 .they said no ticket came through so disgusting. As I can't eat after 6 as I have stomach problems x no tea 4 me as I'm up at 2.30 six days a week .food very lovely.

Dragon Hut Chinese Restaurant
I have used Dragon Hut a couple of times now and for us we have never had a bad meal it's always been full of flavour and just damn right delicious. Food has always arrived within the time estimated (today 30 minutes early absolute bonus I was starving) it's always nice and hot, fresh, well packaged, very generous portions. Delivery is smooth and the driver very polite. I don't understand all the negative reviews (maybe we are lucky) I would personally highly recommend this place as it's just so damn good! So thank you guys for always cooking us amazing food.

I ordered a Chinese takeaway for my mum’s birthday this evening, I have been a frequent customer of this restaurant in the past, so I am saddened that this will be my last order, and that I need to leave this review. The food took about an hour and 45 minutes to get to us. Sadly, when it was delivered it was stone cold, and the hoisin sauce for our duck was missing - I’m sure people reading this review can appreciate that crispy duck is expensive, and the sauce is an integral element.I phoned up the restaurant to give them the opportunity to resolve my complaint, my only request was a partial refund for the disappointment, missing item, and overall quality.My first call went dropped, and my second call went unanswered.To the restaurant’s credit, they did phone me back.The manager (who did not come to the phone) was having a discussion with the call handler about how to “resolve” our situation. I was told that I could not have a partial refund because my order had already been paid for (this makes zero sense to me, as I ordered my food direct with the restaurant and not with a third party). I was instead told that I could have a 20% discount when I next order - this was not an acceptable resolution, as the disappointment here does not make me wish to return and spend more money. I again asked for a partial refund, and I did feel for the call handler as his manager was telling him no but leaving him to deliver the message. After ten minutes on the phone, I was told that I could drive the 4 miles to the restaurant to accept a cash partial refund, but again this is unacceptable as it should not be my responsibility. The phone call was clearly a waste of my time, and the situation and experience was only worsening by the lack of reasonable resolution. So I left the call, deleted the app, and will not be returning. Very poor service.

I've been ordering from dragon hut for a few weeks and the food is always good that I've ordered. Delivery times aren't bad and the drivers are always friendly. Good value for money too.Will continue using them as my new favourite chinese.

**PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDER FOOD***Caution, this place was hands down the worst food and eating experience ever. The shop is a desert shop/chicken shop that try their hand at Chinese food and it was terrible. The chicken inside the batter was off. The pork on the spare ribs we got was rotten. It actually smelt rotten. Completely inedible. Smelt like gone off meat when it arrived. Gagged when I tasted it. Horrendous. Do not get Chinese from this place.

cant give 1* sorry,read other reviews and make up your own mind.mind you the delivery was quite fast,1hr 30mins but i was 3miles away.
