Really great break! Enjoyed the Alpacas , chickens and sheep. Facilities are well cared for and gave us a chance to enjoy life at a slower pace, an afternoon shower powered by the sun gives life a better perspective. Can't wait to come back

Absolutely love staying here, has everything you need and more for a unforgettable stay. Its camping but with all the home comforts. Kath and her team have gone the extra mile to give the ultimate in luxury and eco freindly experience. As they say the attention is in the detail and everywhere you look is anther little gem that has been left. The kids loved staying in the star dome, feeding the alpacas, having pizzas from the hand made pizza ovens, roasting mash mellows, having lovely fresh eggs, nature hunting Oh mum and dad loved the home made gin. Too much to cram into two nights we will definitely be back soon to explore some more

We can’t say enough good things about this wonderful place! First of all, super helpful hosts—first time on a bike trip with two young children and they were so helpful. Site had everything we needed, perfectly stocked and great instructions on how to use things like the KellyKettle and how the loo worked (endlessly fascinating for the 5yo). Gréât location, loads of walks and biking nearby. Easy ride from Diss. When our cargo bike blew a flat, Neil came to collect us and was able to fit the HUGE bike into his vehicle, brought us back to the campsite, and then took us into Diss the next day to get it fixed (and then returned with a forgotten item a few hours later). Honestly, the nicest people. Delicious pizza oven, handy freezer for cooler ice packs, hot showers. Wonderful weekend, thank you so much!!

what a lovely week we spent here, here's why...1. it's far enough from main roads that it's wonderfully quiet.2. it's big enough that you're not too close to anyone (pitches are individually set out and separately bookable if booked direct) but open enough that you still feel you have friendly neighbours to wave to in the morning.3. there's a great little set-up with a communal kitchen, mini iceblock freezer, pizza oven, swapshop and solar powered charging point + marshmallows and firewood for sale.4. there's a mini teepee, mud kitchen and games for adults/kids alike.5. there's an amazing HUGE communal teepee - ideal if the weather's awful and you're feeling claustrophobic in your tent (we had sun all week but still chilled there sometimes).6. the woodburning shower (hot twice a day), urinal and loos (those composting drop ones) were beautifully done and didn't smell!7. the owners were genuinely lovely, friendly and helpful yet wholly unobtrusive.8. they've provided a bench and table plus firepit for each pitch!9. they have alpacas!!ONLY downsides might be the lack of campsite shop proper (though there's one less than 2 mins drive away) and the fact you can't park at your tent (i like that, my wife less so).we camp 3-4 times a year and VERY rarely return to a campsite. but this will now definitely be a regular fixture in our calendar, especially as they're apparently upgrading the shower next year and the meadow will look far more mature and beautiful (unfortunately they'd mowed just before the drought!).only suggestion: climbing frame, swing and slide for the kids maybe?TOP CAMPING, LING'S MEADOW, THANKS!!

Absolutely wonderful. Just the two of us on the walk. Peaceful, informative relaxing. Dont have enough words to describe the whole experience. Throughly recommend Lings Meadow if you want to walk with Alpacas. Thank you Lings Meadow.

Fantastic site with lovely hosts. Very quiet site but within easy reach of lots of interesting places and only 45mins to the coast. Pitches are very well spaced out. Added bonuses include pizza oven and alpacas.

We had a fantastic time staying in the Stardome. You really just need your clothes and some food they have everything else sorted. We will be back.

Visited 22/05/19 for an alpaca walk. My husband knew nothing of the visit until we arrived! Unsure of what to expect we were delighted to learn much more about these characterful animals. Excellent informative experience, leisurely stroll through the countryside. Lovely to see the genuine affection and love Neel and Kath have for their alpacas. Would recommend to anyone.

If I could give 6 stars i easily would have. The facilities are delightful. Every detail has been considered and all of our needs were met. It's a great location for exploring Sussex with a farm shop and cafe nearby. Our children were fascinated by the alpacas and sheep and loved exploring the fields and forests. The level of service went above and beyond. We had an issue with our bike and the proprietors were so incredibly helpful - there is no way we would have been able to manage the issue without them.We will definitely be back and will tell our friends to visit as well.
