Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Phone number online doesn’t work and the collection number of the invoice is never answered.Would not recommend.

Sofa is great but my god the delivery and customer service is soo bad ! My sofa was delivered with a very strong pungent chemical smell in it. I’ve been dealing with it the last 2 months. It has been off gassing. I have to run my purifier 24 hours a day otherwise the living room is not usable. Reported this and they just asked me to put fabric freshener in it. What a joke, for such an expensive sofa, it’s highly disappointing

Great value - same quality and quicker delivery than the chains, but at half the price. Less customer support and frills as a consequence, but worth it for the saving.

Avoid avoid avoidWaste of money and rubbish customer serviceWe ordered sofa bed with black leg and pattern arm and we have paid extra lot of money and the sofa been delivered with no specifications that we asked for, after that I contacted the customer service been promised they will sort it but nothing happened and they are ignoring my messagesI have screenshots of receipt and conversation on WhatsApp. It’s so frustrated
