Factory Seconds

We have been waiting and waiting for our furniture to arrive. We were told next week then definitely next week then it's not made yet then I will bring it personally on Christmas eve from Bradford.....It never came so we got no furniture for Christmas thanks for that Factory Seconds. I'm really looking forward to your excuse next week.

Order my 3 seater and chair 12th May which my receipt stating 6-8 weeks delivery,when contacting Steve he would ignore my messages on WhatsApp and when calling being told different things every time. I told my partner message him on WhatsApp where we can see if he reads it, every message my partner send he replied too?? But also not telling us any update accept we've heard nothing" on the 8th week the excuses changed to "there is a back log because of covid" this was getting rather annoying. So we finally received the call they can deliver on 13th August.... unfortunately we had to be out the house for 6pm which they were aware of and told us it would be with us way before then. At 5pm still no sign

I have just brought a 2 and 3 seater leather sofa and I am more than delighted with the price and quality. I am very very pleased with this product. And with how friendly. But professional all the staff were.I went to 3 different shops they own and all staff were friendly and welcoming.

We collected a beautiful green velvet sofa from Steve today. Jill in the shop was fantastic and the two guys that helped lift the huge sofa into our van were so kind and helpful. Steve has been brilliant throughout the whole search for such a special sofa, we couldn’t recommend his services any more! Thanks again.

Fantastic. Within 2 hours of walking in to the shop, we were sitting on a new sofa at home.Steve showed us round the whole shop and gave us every option to suit our needs, no pressure at all.Can't recommend them enough.

Ordered a 3 door wardrobe. Fairly good quality for price but customer service pretty appalling.On delivery date, phoned the company to say please only contact on the house phone as mobile out of service, no contact from the team to inform me of delivery time. I had found they had left me voicemails on my mobile which I picked up a week later when phone was working.When speaking to someone in store, very rude on the phone and unhelpful.Once wardrobe arrived 1 door robe taken upstairs but 2 door wouldn't fit so they explained how to remove the top and get it upstairs and left the wardrobe in the hallway. Due to being on my own for a week due to partners work I would be unable to do this and requested if they could do this for me. They said they were unable to do this as would need to rebook and pay for the service. I then requested they took it back to arrange re delivery or refund as I couldn't have a wardrobe left in my hallway. They also said this wasn't possible and would have to arrange a collection.The guys agreed to return after they finished on their way home to sort the necessary out to get the wardrobe upstairs for £20.Wardrobe never fixed together so like having a 1 door and a 2 door side by side rather than 1 wardrobe.

I have bought two divans and mattresses (silentnight double and staples single) and two sofas (mammoth) from here over the last few years and I could not be happier with all of them. They have all turned out to be excellent buys and the prices were absolutely unbeatable.I always recommend that anyone local comes and has a look here if they are after a new bed or sofa.Everything has always been delivered as planned and they even held our first order for about a month while we waited for a moving in date.We were going to spend a comparative fortune on credit in one of the big furniture shopsbefore we came here, I am so glad we happened to wander in!

I would like to say a massive thank you to yourselves and Nick @ the Crewe store.I needed an electric recliner chair in a hurry for my mum who had just come out of hospital and between both stores you managed to find her one she liked and delivered within 3 days! (and two of those were the weekend).I personally was very impressed with your service and she loves the chair.Thank you.
