Super Hand Car Wash & Valeting Service

Absolute waste of money. Dodgy staffs. Little or no cleaning done both inside and outside. They offered to give me £5 back having expressed my displeasure. I'm still not impressed as I paid £20 to get a thorough clean in and out. What a rip off.

These guys are always great, never had a bad wash or anything other than a professional service. Worth the money.For a quick outside is no issue for the mobility impaired or those confined to a wheelchair as you do have to get out

Guys are friendly enough and prices are cheap but I ended up having to re wash the car myself at home. Large areas missed, one the size of a football. That should have been pretty obvious when they dried the car but they clearly opted not to sort it out. Won’t be using again. Sad as it used to be the best hand car wash in town. Not any more!

Not recommended! Don’t waste your money here. I had a bad experience here. Customer service is terrible and rude. The whole experience is irresponsible and fast. After wash the car is still unclean and they refuse my request to wash again. Would not back again!

The worker at the wash as just taken my indicator cover off on my drivers side wing mirror He hit it with the jet lance. Now he's refusing all responsibility for his actions. I asked for the manager or contact details. No joy, no one answers this is going to cost money. Don't go there!!!

First I got the wrong service delivered, then 2nd time round looking at the car, it was still filthy outside and inside. The car was not valeted properly and the owner was extremely rude when I pointed it out and asked nicely if they can go over it again. They also said “well I should pay more to them for a better job”. Poor customer services, poor products they use on cars, they also tried to charge me more than the price stated on adverts, i am not the only person who has complained about this on reviews! Myself and other uni mates will not be returning.Advice to go somewhere else: I went to the big Tesco's store a month later and got the mini valet for the same price as these guys charge, but the car was looking unreal amazing (I highly recommend the guys at Tescos and they have amazing customer service, they also found my missing spare car key!).

DO NOT get your car washed here. I thought while I was getting my car washed they was getting abit close to my car with the jet washers. They’ve taken the paint off my door which is about 4 inches in length. Not happy and will not be coming back again.

Absolutely hopeless. Charging premium prices for pathetic service. Wheels still filthy when I left. Don’t know how they have the audacity to call it a wash and DRY. They spent about 20 seconds drying it and then happily took my £10. For that price, I also can’t believe they’re not using tyre shine or giving you an air freshener. I could do a better job myself - absolutely avoid.

Went to this horrible place last week. There was no other cars inside (not surprised), so I asked a staff if they are open and they were. I told him great I’m coming in for a wash in a minute.So my car is parked outside their place which happens to be a SINGLE YELLOW LINE. Because my rims were very dirty I decided to spray some alloy cleaner before entering so that the dirt cuts through better. So this one guy rushes to me and aggressively says that I can’t park there it’s a Double yellow line which is completely wrong. Told and showed him it’s not a double yellow line instead its a single yellow line and I can legally park here outside busy hours as stated in the parking time boards. And told him, anyways I’m coming in for the wash in a minute as I was almost done spraying my rims. 15 seconds in he comes running with his phone taking pictures of me with my car and starts threatening me that he will issue a parking ticket and make me pay it. This is when I lost my cool. I went inside and asked for the manager. Meanwhile in the background he’s saying stuff in some other language and raging over me. Finally someone came and I asked him, who gave his employee the right to take my picture without my permission and threaten me where I am not in the wrong. My car was parked there LEGALLY. His manager was totally clueless and after cross checking my parking position admitted that I was NOT in the wrong. Every other staff wasn’t too happy about that guy’s behaviour and took him to the side.After they finished washing my car that guy came up to me with no signs of apology and tried to prove his point again screaming. I told him that to issue a parking ticket he needs to have certain No parking sign and right to enforce it legally and he atleast could have asked me to go inside and finish spraying my rims. I would happily do that afterall I was there to have them wash my car. He started raging again and told me if I am stupid. I asked him if he’s stupid and does he have any idea what can be the consequences for everything he has done? I had everything happening recorded. I told him do whatever you want with me parking in the single line outside busy hours and I’ll take care of him. Now that he realised he fu*ked up big time, started apologising while deleting the photo.Moral of the story: Avoid this car wash if you are not bold enough to fight back.
