Hugely disappointing service. I ordered a bereavement angel for my best friend whose Dad passed away. It arrived broken. I told Irish Shopper and they kindly agreed to send me a replacement - it never arrived and when I queried the tracking on the item I was told I hadn't selected for the item to be tracked and basically tough luck. For a small business to actually do that is one fast way to lose any future business. Also they knew what the gift was for so this is just hurtful and quite despicable. It was THEIR faulty item therefore the onus was on them to ensure I got a replacement. I would never order another thing from this company. SHOCKING customer service.
