I don't know what we would have done without Dec is a phrase we have used regularly since starting our house buyingDec talked us through all the mortgage options and processes we would undergo and although some of our meetings were lengthy he always conducted these with great enthusiasm. He even spent hours finding me suitable life insurance cover which was made more complicated due to a couple of medical issues. We are now well on our way to buying the house. As I've said ' I don't know what we would have done without Dec'.

Couldn’t recommend Dec and Plura strongly enough. From the very beginning our whole experience has been absolutely brilliant. Great communication, so professional, always at the end of the phone and most importantly an outcome we’re actually happy with. It’s obviously a difficult time to be remortgaging right now but Dec laid out all of our options in a way that was easy for us to understand whilst always taking the time to explain what each option would mean for us not only now but also in the future. I was quite nervous about the whole process before we made the choice to go with Plura, and I’ve been so impressed with how Dec handled all of my uncertainties and constant flow of questions, always having the patience to break everything down in a totally relatable way. Dec has been so caring and very involved with all our dealings whilst applying for funds to buy our new house. He has kept in touch and explained everything in detail - sometimes two or three over!
