I did renovate my stairs with stair shop . I can say the work was excellent and the two people did the work were organised and clean . Job done to high standard . It took them 3 days to finish. Very trusted shop. The oak is expensive and the glass as well hence the price is not cheap.

The Stair Shop did an excellent job in both supplying and fitting a new staircase from the landing to a loft extension. They also updated the existing staircase to match the new one. The fitting was done over 3 days and they erected a cover to work from each day and completely swept & cleaned up every night. I am 100% satisfied with the job. Thanks to all the Stair Shop people for an excellent job

The service from The Stair Shop has been excellent from day one when we visited to discuss fitting a new balustrade on to an open sided stairway.We agreed a date for a home visit for a few days later.Matt was early and he discussed our ideas and options. He then took measurements and an estimate was produced in a few days which also detailed all the materials and the work to be carried out.On accepting the estimate we paid the deposit and agreed a date for the installation.Later we were even offered a week earlier fitting.The work was done on the agreed dates.All the people were very friendly, punctual, polite and professional.They also kept us fully informed during the installation and gave us some alternative choices as the work progressed all in the original price.We would highly recommend both the people and the product.

Great experience with The Stairshop! From Matt's initial survey right through to the works being complete everything was very professional.The workmanship is fantastic - we opted for Oak spindles and it has massively changed our whole hall / landing.The work itself was completed on time with minimal mess.Can't recommend highly enough!Thanks again to Matt and the team!

We are delighted with the finished product. The two chaps who fitted it were very cordial and their work was first rate.They feel like stairs that will last forever and they look so good.

Top notch company - Fair priced, straight shooting, delivered on time, and when I asked for an extra newel post for better support they sorted one out FOC straight away. Couldn't ask for more!! Very happy with quality & everything about it.

The Stair Shop built and then installed a beautiful new oak staircase. The team led by Ian were excellent and very respectful of our apartment. There is a lot to applaud in a Stockport company making superb, contemporary things. It’s old school, high class manufacturing in the best possible way.
