Paul was fantastic picked 16 of us up on time to Birmingham airport and at the end of our holiday picked us again no trouble, even knew our flight was delayed. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. The trailer was a brilliant idea for our luggage. Mary, Adrian and party.

Awful customer service! Expecting me to pay a deposit before my correct booking details are even amended on the invoice and when i called to query they told me it was painful as I had called the Operations manager using the number which was on the sales invoice which I thought was the office line. He then told me leave the booking there. Will definitely never used this company! Even the women in the accounts department was so rude. They're offering a service and can't even be bothered to explain or help. Wouldn't even put 1 star if I didn't have to.

Jack recently took a stag party to Manchester, was really friendly and approachable. Jack was happy to drive in the crazy storms and got us there and back safely. He was very accommodating stopping for a toilet break when we needed to on the way and on the way back. Arrived early to pick us up and was flexible on the time coming home. Couldn't ask for anything else. Thank you and would recommend.

Amazing serviceHonestly had the best service from this company having booked 5 trips over the course of the weekend. All of the drivers were so friendly, prompt and helpful and it was very good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Having enjoyed 2 fantastic group minibus day outings in the warm and capable hands of Bristol Travel Ltd, I cannot recommend them highly enough. We are local folk and are proud to be looked after by a local business which serves the community with such professionalism, attention to detail and good humour. Everyone in the team is terrific, but a special shout-out to our fabulous driver, Jack.
