Children's Contact Services

They let me child cry for 20 minutes after stating they will leave him for five minutes and brought him back to me which was a staff in charged called Sharon.Awful awful place and not focus on the child needs or care at all..!

I ended up at this CC - But must say staff all are amazing I would name all staff to be amazing. So polite & Nice. Can’t not complain at all except say thanks Guys ❤️

I worked here on/off for several years. The service offers a variety of options for positive family time. The staff supervising are emotionally attuned and experienced in social services. Initially, contact is usually held at the centre with hope of expanding to public settings depending on needs of the family and the arrangements agreed.The service adapts to care plans and family needs. Staff have the child’s well-being at the forefront of their practice. I have supervised a variety of contacts and family times and more often than not, the children are happy and content. Concerns / issues and positive interactions are documented and kept to a high standard.I find that the service can be pricey for families paying privately however, you are paying for high quality support and supervision that is child orientated and warm. Contacts held in public are supervised in line with strict confidentiality practices and workers try to blend with the family.

Great staff, extremely child focused. Made a terrible situation, that much more bearable. Extremely polite and caring staff completely un biased. The two main ladies in the Bristol office were always so helpful and considerate, a real credit to the company. The staff that wrote the reports were always polite and half the time you forget they are even there. Thanks for all your hard work guys, keep offering a great service.
