My experience with the Manager was dreadfull. We have been with EE for a number of years but my experience with the Manager I will never forget so arrogant rude and was not interested in my problem that I had experienced with them. Never again will I set in the shop in Shrewsbury

To be honest I could have bought my phone from pc world (I found out later)not in the sales, for less than £400 and saved myself £200. I didn't need a SIM card or credit just a flash decision at the time. Beware though if you buy from EE shop there's no returns and your stuck with it for 2 years.

Terrible service. Come in to change sim cards. Left as it was closing after them being changed. The young girl did not check that the phones was working. Both our phones wouldn't work after. We had a nightmare trying to access our bank in order to get money to get back home to wolverhampton. Totally ruined our holiday..

Be warned - you need AN APPOINTMENT to be served or you get sent away by a particularly arrogant young manager who seems to have no idea of customer service skills, nor even basic good manners. After using this store for my phones/upgrades since probably before he was born, I will not be returning. He is short of staff but should be asking why, if he treats them the same as his customers. (One star given as unable to post this with no stars!)

I was impressed with the technical support that I received when my sim card started playing up a while back but I forgot to leave a thank you note. I'm looking forward to my next iPhone upgrade.

Horrible customer service. The guy who was attending to me was very arrogant, condescending and discriminating. I was so stressed and tired that day coming back from Belgium (phone stolen) I had no energy to say to his face what a horrible person he is, and just really wanted to leave immediately and keep my peace as I could not stand him. Why he is in that type of job was a big question. He was as ugly as his attitude.

Fantastic customer service. At last my phone is being sorted. Telford Branch needs to take a leaf out of Shrewsburys book. Will be using Shrewsbury branch in future. Once again thank you Shrewsbury for sorting.

Very helpful but didn't have a phone in my price bracket, being part of BT chap was helpful in allowing me to sit in whilst I sorted BT out . But I had to go elsewhere for a new phone

I’m only giving 3 stars as the young guy that served me was patient and helpful, Ben.The rest of the young guys working there (nearing the end of the day) were talking about thier future night out, who they would s&@g, used the F word loudly and frequently. I had my kids with me, I was not impressed. I don’t go into a shop to hear this kind of chat. It was unpleasant
