Ordered a delivery so ordered a kifs parmo he the asked anything else I said portion chips with chilli and garlic he said anything else I said yes chocolate cake said anything else said two cans of coke order arrives in the bag us the parmo chocolate cake and two cans of coke wondered were my chips and garlic and chilli were my daughter said there here put the chips garlic and chilli on top of the parmo I phoned the shop told him he said or thought you meant on the parmo said no if I wanted that I would have told you to put it on top of the parmo plus when it arrived it was cold very disappointed

After phoning the shop and telling him what was wrong he corrected his mistake and sent a parmo as a apology not only good food he also went above and beyond to maintain high standards to resolve the issue in hand also give a bottle of coke for freeResolved and happy

Never ever again I'd order from ere the food is desgusting I give my dog my food even she didn't eat it.!Parmo was like a brick Donna meat was cold the chips looked like they had been fried is coke don't waste your money

Don't ever order from there. Twice I've ordered a 16 inch pizza and on each occasion they decided without prior consultation with me too send me a 10 and 12 inch pizza because the claimed too have ran out of dough for 16 inch . When called by me they openly admitted that the pizzas aren't made fresh and are just re heated when an order is placed which is a severe risk too health and safety, so when asked what they would do I was offered a fresh 16 inch which they said they didn't have beforehand if I payed there delivery driver a fiver too bring it and collect the other pizzas too prove i wasn't lying that they were cold and raw on the bottom.In the whole of this conversation the males talking too me were extremely rude and were heard multiple times by my friend speaking Arabic swear words about me between them for handing a complaint too them.

Don't believe their estimated delivery times, food was 1.5 hours late and didn't offer anything for the additional wait at all. When I rang up after they missed the delivery time they said it was on the way, and half an hour later it didn't arrive so I rang and they said it hasn't left the shop. Honestly ridiculous.Don't order from these guys.

Asked for tubs of garlic sauce with my order but instead they put It all over the parmos I rang the place up and they refused to change the order. My step daughter doesn't like garlic sauce and now she is left without food. Even in the shop they give you tubs and not on the parmo. Absolutely disgusting customer service I will not be returning here.

Crazy man who runs this place I called at 11 asked what time for last delivery he said 11.30 i siad no worries i will call before then I called at 11.25 and I get WHY you calling were closed even though Google says 12 lol I say I spoke to someone 20 minutes ago then says aggressively OK fine what do you want I'll send it when I'm done lmao sick patients work here need white jackets lol do not order

3.5* explosive parmo, Huge portion and looked the part chips looked awesome too but both could have been cooked that little longer.Fresh clean salad,would go again but not in a hurry

Going down hill this place 8 years ive been coming pick n delivery are always late and food loosing it taste parmo wasent cooked long enough still grated cheese on it no sauce on it and it was pritty cold need to sort it out and looks well dossy aswell
