We are and agent based Brentford, A - Z offer a brilliant service, they have a very high standard of cleaning, very efficient and have a great customer service. The invoices that they provide are very detailed which is extremely helpful. We would recommend them to anyone asking for an end or pre tenancy clean.

Very pleased with the service from a2z cleaners. Easy to arrange, good value, the cleaners were very efficient and thorough, and without hesitation offered to re-clean a floor that I had walked on before realising it was still wet. The checkout inventory clerk commented on what a fantastic job they did and we had no deductions from our deposit.

This company are criminals, stay away. Not only did they leave the house in an unclean condition they damaged the kitchen floor leaving us as tenants to pay for new flooring, they pulled the curtains of the wall and have denied both incidents. Overall this company cost me over £1000 in damages and extra cleaning fees. They have no intention in refunding anything or even willing to be polite and resolving this matter.
