I booked a return journey for my Sister-in-law to be's Baby Shower in Winchester for the two of us and was was provided with 5 star service. From the booking right through to the car, driver and journey itself, I was thoroughly impressed. The initial booking process was clear and easy-to-follow, Ash then ensured the booking was confirmed via a message. On the day itself, it was reconfirmed, along with a tracking service so I could see exactly when to expect him. The car was absolutely immaculate and beautiful. Comfortable reclining seats, water and Ash made sure to explain how to control our seats so we could adjust them to the perfect position. We were greeted in a friendly and professional manor and had a very comfortable journey. As our destination was on a busy high street, with no road access, Ash ensured he found a safe and easy spot to drop us off, just a short way away from the venue. The return journey was just as smooth, Ash again, confirmed when he has arrived, was waiting in the same spot and greeted us with a smile and despite the rain, ensured we were in the car quickly and as dry as we could be! A beautiful and spotless car and very courteous and friendly driver on a recent trip to the Harbour Hotel in Southampton for a function. 5 star service and definitely worth the extra cost over a taxi. I was so impressed my wife and I have booked one of their chauffeurs for the day to do a tour of of Hampshire Vineyards and Gin Tasting at the Bombay Sapphire Distillery which we read about on their website. Seems like the perfect way to visit a few different places and enjoy a few drinks without any hassle.

My wife and I used Chauffeur AI to collect us from the train station after a busy day in London and to take us home. Ash had already confirmed our booking during the day so we knew we were in safe hands. We let Ash know when we were on the train and he reconfirmed the pickup time and sent a link so we could track him. Punctual and professional. A great chauffeur service. Despite the very early morning arrival at London Heathrow the chauffeur driver was there well in advance and had already messaged when I landed to reassure me he was waiting for me with a name board at the arrivals exit. The journey was very smooth, the car was beautifully clean and the driver Sam was very friendly and helped with my luggage. When travelling alone as a female it's very reassuring to find a reliable and professional service with whom I feel safe. Thank you to ChauffeurAi and my driver Sam. So impressed! Since starting my business I have missed a certain level of corporate luxury...until now.With a busy day ahead, I had to park (pardon the pun) the level of stress I was carrying about logistics associated with attending 2 events. So much better than a taxi. Thanks for a fantastic service from my chauffeur in a beautiful clean new Mercedes. It was very easy to book online and the courtesy call to confirm my booking was appreciated. I recently booked Chauffeurai on a visit to Hampshire and was very impressed. The Mercedes V-Class I booked was perfect for a group outing and was spotlessly clean. The driver was very smartly dressed in a Black suit and tie, drove perfectly and struck the perfect balance between being friendly and polite but not disturbing or interrupting us unless we asked him something. I've used Uber Exec and Uber Lux before but for similar cost the chauffeurai service was far more professional and the car was of a much better standard. A hassle-free and relaxing way to travel and I will definitely be using the company again. I would especially recommend the Mercedes V Class for anyone going on a group trip or a company event.
