Everyone here is really helpful and friendly. I have a new puppy and they helped with everything I need to do to keep her healthy. The vet was really good at keeping my dog calm whilst she administered injection etc.

Phoned for an emergency appointment on 21/09 for my dog as my current vets had no appointments.Great service from the minute they answered the phone, got an appointment within 1/2 hr.The vet was amazing she watched my dog from the minute she saw her to observe what the problem was.Service / appointment wasn’t rushed totally professional with great care from all the staff we met on our visit.

We are first time Pup owners & a friend put us in touch with P&D.From our experience the service was absolutely brilliant we couldn’t recommend enough.Staff are welcoming and really professional.Reception staff are friendly and welcoming and help you out the best they possibly can.Great place and always happy to help either via email or phone call, really glad we registered our dog.Thank you

Newly registered at Palmer & Duncan. Have had my first appointment this evening. What a breath of fresh air. Can honeslty say in all the time of using vet's this is by far the best I've ever been to. All the staff made a fuss of my boy so welcoming and friendly to us both. If i could rate above 5 I would. Highly recommend, wish i would have moved sooner.Keep up the good work you are all amazing!

Such a shame we've felt the need to leave Palmer & Duncan. Hopefully they will put into practice the necessary procedures following our complaint so that future clients don't have the same upset we've had.

Recently moved to Palmer and Duncan following recommendations and I am so glad we found them!From the staff in reception, to the veterinary and nursing staff, everyone we have met so far have been amazing.They genuinely care about animals and treat them with such love and kindness; something we never had at our last vets.Took our Bruno for another follow-up on his eye today and saw Laura, who was so patient and caring. He's not an easy patient! But she was fantastic, and gave us lots of useful advice.Honestly, all the staff here are wonderful and I can't thank them enough.Thank you so much and keep up the amazing work everyone!

Palmer and Duncan are by far the best vets I have ever used. The staff are all knowledgeable friendly and helpful from reception to vets to nurses. I cannot recommend them enough.

I had the pleasure of visiting Palmer and Duncan Veterinary for the first time with my ragdolls. The appointment covered microchipping, weighing, nail clipping, and vaccinations, offering a comprehensive care package. I'm truly grateful for Veterinary Surgeons Janine and Eleanor, whose extensive experience was evident in their skillful delivery of services. They combined professionalism with a courteous demeanor and willingly shared invaluable insights throughout the process. I must also applaud Palmer and Duncan for delivering exceptional service at affordable prices. Wow, what a genuinely lovely practice, with respectful and well-trained staff. I got an appointment same-day on a Saturday for an infected anal gland (the dog, not me), and they were just so lovely. Highly recommended.

Superb service, lovely staff , receptionist staff very polite and the booking system is so good compared to other vets all in all excellent service
