Only called to ask if had any diesel left. As people are panic buying and do use them on route to see my elderly family next village away. Said they had some left yes. Then the man on the phone asked if he knew me. I said not personally no. He turned rude an said well if none left an we close early youl have to drive on. An was quick to drop the phone. Not impressed. need some to get to our family to help them. No need for rudeness

A 3 day job turned into 15 days with excuses over staff illness. Refused to provide an estimate and repeatedly asked what I could afford to pay?! After reluctantly declaring a made up enormous budget (as I first I wondered if they believed that I had sufficient funds), this was ultimately exceeded and the work not fully carried out. A cost breakdown was refused, as was my request to add the vehicle mileage to their invoice. I estimate a 50% overcharge, but I'm no mechanic so have called in Trading Standards. As a retired solicitor I easily smell a rat and resent being treated as a fool.

They were so helpful..our granddaughters clutch and gearbox went and they have managed to get her on the road home even though it was a bank holiday weekend. Friendly helpful service
