Got there with no staff on site but there is a phone number and the staff that answered was very helpful and let me in with a delivery straight away.Very professional

A solid four stars, from the first rental in late October 2022. The depot manager Neil is efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and a great asset to the company.Two current problems are irritating. The intercom buttons are not yet configured to put you through to the central control room.Also, for a storage facility, newly built in the northwest of England, the lack of a canopy over the loading dock is a real dampener! We need a roof over where we load and unload.So, overall, four solid stars. 15NOV2022.

Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Units are very clean and easily accessible. Would highly recommend.
