Brilliant service from Cameron and Debi at Hayward & Stott. I was making a stained glass panel and wanted text on the glass. I failed to find a ‘permanent’ glass paint that was actually permanent.Discovered Hayward & Scott and with their help, found my solution. They etched the text onto my glass. I’m delighted with the result. They made a brilliant job of understanding what I was trying to achieve and executed it perfectly. I cannot speak highly enough of their work. I will be back !!

Disappointing engraving job on napkin ring which was done in haste for a Christmas present. Poor at the time and now has worn off, just a couple of years later. Having to get redone.
