STJ Motorhomes & Caravans

I’ve waited a few weeks and a few trips until we had tried everything except the toilet in our van. The caravan is in fantastic condition, full service history and a great price (trust me I’m from Yorkshire). The guy helping us with our sale was lovely, very knowledgeable (Sorry forgot his name). He happily handed over a damp meter to check the van over, and had nothing to hide. They went out of their way to clean the caravan cover and replace the reflector on the front of the van. On our first trip out we had forgotten how to use a few things, even though he had gone through a whole induction to the van. A quick phone call and he was more than happy to help us! I’d definitely recommend them and in a few years time if we get another great deal, then we’ll be going back.

If you want a second hand motorhome, campervan or caravan they have a good selection.Knowledgeable and friendly staff.POSTSCRIPT: we had issues with some of the extras they fitted in terms of pricing and quality. They responded with a mostly reasonable remedy for our issues.

A great company with such friendly and helpful staff. I really felt that they listened and acted on my requirements when it came to fitting the awning. They have done an excellent job and the vehicle came back clean and shiny. Five-star service.

We had a really good experience with STJ. We live a couple of hours away so rang in advance to see if the motorhome that we wanted to view was still there. We dealt mainly with John, in person and via email and telephone. He was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Being first time buyers it can be quite daunting but he helped us with the viewing and all the paperwork. When we arrived we were left alone to view the motorhome, there was absolutely no pressure to buy, John popped back now and then to answer our questions. With intention to buy, we took a test drive. I thought that the quality of the motorhome was correct for the price. We put a deposit down and had to wait for a month for it to ready but in the mean time we were keeping in contact with John. On collection day we had a full handover with how to work everything and all of our questions were answered. I waited this long to write a review in case we wasn't happy with our purchase, but we've had our motorhome 2 months now and we are loving it. I can definitely recommend using STJ, excellent customer service. Thanks John.

Really helpful, able to answer any questions we had, was happy to talk with us and show us around every motorhome we wanted. Very knowledgeable. Not the easiest to find I will admit but worth travelling for the customer service you receive

Good experience... no pressure... Kevin was excellent with no nonsense answers, good knowledge, and informed advice and opinions when asked. Seemed to have a good range of Motorhomes to look at, and also offer service, repairs, and maintenance. Happy to recommend and return.

Dan Jones sold us a caravan which was great value for money and he was really helpful in the process.Unfortunately the motor mover stopped working and the repair was done under the 3 month warranty without any problem.Great choice and value and friendly helpful service.

Well what a great experience from start to finish. I bought the caravan sight unseen but the reviews and the correspondence was second to none. Dealt with Dan who was determined to go the extra mile for me as purchasing unseen. Sent a number of pictures and correspondence to keep me up to speed she also recorded everything that was required to use the van he also recommended a company to arrange transportation from reading to Scotland which was perfect.
