Table took longer to arrive than estimated and when it finally did was damaged and had been badly filled. Was told it was normal in my he chosen wood which it is not as I have many items in same wood. Finally they agreed my return for refund but am still waiting for them to collect and refund. Stalling is their only specialty. Extremely poor customer service.

I visited furniture direct store in search of a bed sofa for my daughter. The salesman at the show room was very polite and took the time to show me around.I chose to have my item delivered due to it being to big to fit in my car, which I received next day. The delivery drivers were friendly on arrival and professional, I was most happy that I received a courtesy call to say my item would be delivered within the hour.My daughter is very happy with her new bed when she stays and finds it very comfortable. I am also pleased with its design, looks lovely.Would recommend this company to a friend.

I ordered a day bed from furniture direct - all done online and I have to say service was really good from start to finish.I called once before placing my order and spoke to Ajaz who was helpful and answered all my questions and queries. I had seen the same bed at Wayfair for about £75 more... so was delighted to find it on offer at furniture direct for such a good price. The delivery guys were also really helpful in bringing the items in for me as I wouldn't have managed such heavy and bulky boxes! It's my first time using this company and I must admit I'm really pleased and will very likely use again based on this experience. Also - the bed instructions were excellent - easy to follow!

Furniture Direct have been amazing in accommodating my needs for my new home. Great customer service by all and catered furniture to work with the style and colours I had chosen for my house. I ordered all my beds and frames from them and my amazing dining table. Go to them for all your furniture, you will not regret it!Attached is picture of the table without the two extension pieces

We ordered two Birlea Furniture Miami Pine Bed and there were some delays from the supplier. However Ajaz was super helpful and kept us updated. He organised the first bed to be delivered as soon as it arrived. The delivery was smooth and overall excellent customer service.It did took longer than anticipated for the second bed to arrive but I overlook at this for the price paid as compare to other competitors and excellent customer service.We did have a minor issue with one of the bed but that's kind of expected on a wooden bed but Ajaz offered a solution which was acceptable. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Terrible service and 1 week delay on mattress which meant I had to source another mattress in the end, did not care about the fact I had no mattress to sleep on and did not offer any loan mattress on the day, something I knew nothing about until I visited the store days later, worst experience I've had with the company and would not recommend buying from them as they lie to you quite frequently and condescending when you get annoyed. No date for delivery given which doesn't help with planning receipt of the item, they do not consider your availability and expect you to just be there, and then had the audacity to change it from 2-3 days delivery to Friday delivery, I was given confirmation of a call to be on Monday which never happened. Will not be purchasing from there again. Yes the base Communication very poor, as not told that mattress would not arrive with the bed base, hence my annoyance with the company for their failure to provide customers care, had they been open and honest and communicated to their customer this would not have been an issue.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Waited weeks and weeks for our dining table with excuse upon excuse for not receiving the product. Finally after having a response, we were told our dining table would be delivered this week on a Wednesday. I had booked this day off from work to be home, was told to wait from 10-5pm as they were not sure what time specifically. I still have no dining table or any apology, but quick enough to take your money. Disgusting service. Had to put 1 star as we couldn't put 0!!

Looking for a single mattress . Found furniture on the website reviews. The reviews were all very positive so we decided to take a visit. To our pleasant surprise the staff were helpful and informative and answered all our questions.We agreed a delivery date and time and were delighted to receive the single mattress as agreed. The delivery people were very pleasant and made us feel it was that our custom was valued.I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have been purchasing from Furniture Direct for over 10 years and can honestly say that their service is second to none.The deliveries are always on time, and I have never been let down.In fact they have even helped me procure furniture at extremely short notice.The furniture we have purchased for our rental properties is still going strong now, which speaks volumes about the quality.I would recommend them without hesitation.

After a terrible experience of using an online competitor to Furniture Direct and waiting for the correct mattress to be delivered after 4 months. I contacted Furniture Direct and within 2 weeks the perfect product was delivered, with no fuss and nonsense as the previous company I used. I highly recomment Furniture Direct as the online shopping experience from beginning to end was second to none and they were the cheapest out of all the other companies providing the same product and they didn't charge for delivery as their competitors did.
