Decent place for everyday shopping.Have petrol station there with decent fuel prices so extra advantage.Exit line or pickup point could be better as it’s very tight there.People crossing or driving past all the time so tight one. Rest all good.

Just had horrible experience as Uber Eats Delivery person. Reached to pickup the order at 12:02pm on 17, oct 2023. rang the door bell for like 20 times. Complete ignorance with no one coming at the door had to contact uber and cancelled my delivery after 42mins wait. Worst staff working there.

Since catching fire back a good few years back it has become worse, the store has been known to run out of carrier bags, the shelves are usually empty or full of empty boxes and the queues for the self checkout can be huge.Also the petrol prices are a lot higher than other parts of town.

Complete disaster at the moment. Not enough baskets, everything has been moved into random places so difficult to find but signage hasn't been updated. Staff seem rushed off their feet and don't know where things have been moved to when you ask them, they seem just as confused. Have used this Asda for years but considering driving the extra distance to go elsewhere as shopping in a better organised store may ultimately save time. How long before the current problems will be fixed?

Won’t be returning to this store! Was made to feel like a thief by staff after double scanning one items barcode for the 2 items I had so once it was scanned and checked which has happened to me several times without a problem it flagged that the item was not scanned.One member of staff disgustingly said well we will check your shopping everytime you now come into store because this is theft.Another member which I didn’t get her name regrettably kindly explained that I needed to scan each individual barcode and not the same code twice for 2 items!My son in the trolley was hysterical because the rescan of my trolley took nearly 25 mins and to be spoken to so disgustingly for a simple mistake was vile!

Covid measures great with handles on trolleys now having an anti-viral coating. (Picture now added)Plus on entry there is a cleaning point with an automatic hand sanitizer.Picture included is from the first lockdown where once again all precautions were followed.Prices though do fluctuate from fairly good to quite expensive.However as per most advice if you're looking for ingredients for Asian or Oriental cuisine it's worth looking in the World Foods section.You'll be able to get almost everything that you need but please don't expect to get all of your shopping list even if the website states that they have something.Overall not bad but could be better.Arrived today to find a quarter of rear car park cordoned off, assume there will be building work carried out for the next few weeks.Wife spotted an article about a new click and collect service building, assume that this is the reason for the building site.Added pic of the building works completed safety fencingFencing now gone revealing the new collection point.

At 152.9 petrol is very expensive, many retail sites and Sainsbury much cheaper.No small trolleys available. Customer services desk s closed. Only two Checkouts open in spite of long queues. Several charges on receipt full price in spite of being signed on shelves as reduced......Do check your receipts!!

A decently large Asda for all your weekly needs, The selection is okay but sometimes lacks and they constantly move things around which can be quite frustrating. but not bad nevertheless.

Have a great experience every single time very helpful and friendly staff there and unique items available at a good price. Fresh and clean fruits, vegetable and meat. I am feeling great that Halal meat are available over there.
