Thought I’d try out this place as I was walking passed and needed to get my eyebrows threaded. This was a huge mistake! Don’t bother going unless you want your eyebrows butchered. The person did them so thin(not my usual shape) - I only wanted a tidy up- and not even equal it will take months to regrow. Her comment was when I told her “you can pencil them in!!” I would avoid!

Went back today to give Glamour Forever another chance. Last time I went the lady did my brows very thin. Todays lady was lovely, Nazia listened to what I wanted and was very apologetic about my last experience. I just hope I get Nazia next time, because if not I’ll be looking to go somewhere else.

Twice I have used this place and twice I have come away with burns and with skin tears because they repeatedly wax the same place despite me asking them not to as my skin will tear. The first time it happened I complained to the company and they said it would be resolved but it obviously wasn’t. No regard for skin integrity of individual people, surfaces were dirty and messy.

Glamour 4ver is a fantastic place to get all your beauty treatments done. I must say I am very impressed by one particular beautician called Nazia, who whenever I go to Sutton Coldfield treats me with a lot of respect, dignity and is always so very helpful from the moment you enter until you exit.The best thing about Nazia is she is very focused, passionate about her job role and her customer services is so great that I hardly go to my local beautician and instead go to her because she is such a lovely, bubbly graceful lady.It is good to have the continuity especially when you are dealing with beauty treatments because many times I have had bad experiences when my eyebrows have not been shaped properly or when they have hurt me when waxing. Nazia fully understands my needs and has it all mind mapped each and every time I go.Thank you soo much nazia for always giving me a glamorous look at Glamour forever and I am always and forever your client. Please stay at Sutton, your an asset here. God bless you hun.

I love the way Nazia does my eyebrows, she takes her time and is a perfectionist. I don’t want her to go back to Redditch. Please come back to the Sutton branch.

I come all the way from redditch for Nazia to do my eyebrows, would recommend her 100% to everyone I speak too. Wish she could do more shifts in redditch as would be convenient.

Loved getting my eyebrows done here. It’s very convenient being inside the shopping centre, didn’t have to wait and really friendly staff.
