Shuropody Derby

Visited the Shuropody at Derbion on Sunday with my mum. We were looking for a pair of comfortable non slip sandals for holiday and after very many try ons we found the perfect pair at an amazing price. The shop assistant who served us (Maryam) was an absolute gem! Super polite and patient even though it was a struggle finding what we were looking for. We were very satisfied with the customer service and the product as well. We will be back for shoes/boots in the winter time. Thank you for the excellent service. 5/5 ⭐️ all around

Lovely service and advices from staff about wide fitting shoes. Would definitely recommend to anyone with feet problems or difficulty finding comfortable shoes that fit larger feet

Had a free foot scan.My left foot was leaning outwards on the scan display.Recommended some heat moulded insoles costing £55.Was a little surprised at this amount.Staff all very friendly & helpful.My visit date was 3 Aug 2020.

After being cancelled for foot treatment the day before due to lady not wanting to work Friday anymore. Got new date and turned up to be told l wasn't booked in. Receptionist kept saying she spoke to me, but she did not no message on my phone.

Visited the Derby store end of May with my 84 year old Mother. The staff in store were exceptionally professional and well trained although they appeared very natural in their presentation.It was a pleasure to visit the store. Very friendly but professional and nothing was too much trouble. We were offered chairs and coffee whilst we waited for the foot assessment.It was a brand new experience that other retailers could do with reviewing their customer service training. After being recently diagnosed and in agony with plantar fasciitis I visited this store and was greeted by Chloe. Her knowledge, experience and customer service was exceptional and shined throughout. She helped me with exactly what I needed and went above and beyond to sympathise with me and assist me. Thank you Chloe ⭐️
