It's a shame that they don't do refunds and never mention it to new customers when they've bought something. Bought a cahin from them for the first time not knowing I won't be able to return it if it didn't meet my expectations and it didn't so took it back and told a member of staff that I needed to return it and straight away was told oh you can't return it because we don't accept returns". Asked why they don't have a refund policy in place and "we just don't" was the only explanation from the member of staff. Very disappointed with the service

I am very happy with the service I received today at Warren James Walsall store, the Manager and staff was very helpful in resolving my issue with a broken ear ring. Definitely will shop here again, great customer service.

Lovely jewellery shop with good prices, only a bit annoying that they do not yet allow for mobile contactless payment (google pay/apply pay). Had to come back the next day with appropriate payment as a result, hopefully the company will sort out mobile pay.

Rude staff. My partner came in to try on wedding rings before he started work. They wouldnt even let him touch it, put it on his finger for him. They slid it to the middle of his finger and said it doesn't fit! He left and rang me saying how uncomfortable he was made to feel. This isn't policy either because i have tried my wedding rings on.
