We decided to chose Barnsley Municipal Funerals for my husband Alan’s recent funeral. We initially approached the Doncaster Rd branch but we we’re actually dealt with at the Cudworth branch with Philip. What an excellent choice it was. Philip is one of the nicest and most caring people I’ve ever met. He’s absolutely perfect for the job so caring and compassionate. It was obviously my first time at arranging a funeral and I felt so anxious at the beginning but that was all soon put at ease. Philip was there every step of the way guiding us. It all ran smoothly for us. On the day of the funeral Philip and his staff were great all very professional. We visited Alan at the chapel of rest in Cudworth and it’s a beautiful place beautifully decorated and it was a good experience under the circumstances. I would highly recommend Barnsley Municipal to all my friends. Thank you Philip and your lovely staff for making the worst time of our lives run so beautifully and smoothly with the upmost respect for my husband Alan.

My parents decided to use Barnsley Municipal for my grandad and my sister. Both Mark and Phillip were amazing.
