Left my suit jacket here to be dry cleaned as it had a stain. I was told they may not be able to get the stain out but it wont damage the fabric or ruin if they cant remove. I have been to pick up and whilst the stain isnt gone (which they told me they may not be able to remove) but areas where there was no stain in the first place is now stained!!!! Dont recommend at all.

Incredible customer service from Julia in the Didsbury branch. I needed a quick stitch on an item for work before I went to the airport and she was so calm, kind, efficient and she saved me. Thank you so much for your help Julia.

I had my leather jacket with a tear to repair, got back third time in three months. See pics attached, first second and third time now I picked it up but never going to wear it like this, I was told last time they replace the section maybe not the same leather, but never thought they replace it to cheap fake leather looking material. Only not happy with the fake part.

The lady who works in the dry cleaners was a massive help last week. The store agreed to stay open for me to help with a major crises and were very helpful and went above and beyond. Thanks so much what a great attitude from good staff!

This is my local branch, it provides an exceptional customer service. The team are very friendly and are always happy too help. I recently had a pair of jeans altered and requested a red thread for the seam. The kind lady brought out a box of cotton threads and suggested I choose a colour. The finished result was brilliant. The in house cobbler is very experienced, he recently repaired a pair of my hand made velvet slippers. He did a marvellous job. I was very Impressed and would highly recommend this branch.

The girls are always helpful at Johnson’s. Give me the best service and everything is always spot on. No complaints at all. Would recommend to everyone. No need to do your own washing just get it in the bag and take it to Johnson’s.

I've visited this shop to get a repair for my son's Stone Island hoodie pocket. The stitching was made by hand and very poor quality! When I told the lady, she ripped the stitching off in front of me out of anger and said that not going to charge for it. However she made it even worse than how it was before and made further damage to it! Unprofessional and rude! Will never go there again. Please avoid it at all cost!
