Abba Cars London Airport Transfers

Had a very positive experience. Confirmation email / SMS sent shortly after booking. Driver arrived on time and was great. Paid £60 to go from Tooting to Gatwick at 03:50.

I did visited U.K and used abba cars for my pick ups and drop off. This is the best cab services i have ever experienced while my travelling across the world. Drivers are too humble, nice and always been right on time. Price is cheaper than uber or any other cab services.

Outstanding service! The driver wasn’t late and drove me safely in a lovely smelling car. He took care of me perfectly, asked me if I needed the AC or if I prefer the windows down, and took care of my every need. I recommend this service to everyone!!!

Everything went really well initially. Confirmation text message straight after booking, then text message that the taxi driver was on the way. The taxi driver was also slightly early which is always appreciated when going to the airport. However the taxi driver tried to get an extra 5GBP out of me when we arrived to the airport - saying that it was the drop off charge. I had agreed a set price with the company and this was him just chancing his arm at an extra 5 quid his pocket - he backed down as soon as I refused. Watch out for that, otherwise a decent service.

Basically sent the wrong van to pick up my family from the hotel and take them to the airport. There was only enough space in the boot for 4 check in luggage and a couple hand luggage. Even the driver admittedly said their staff messed up. The remaining few hand luggage had to go where the passengers were sat, so instead of having their own seats, the kids had to share seats with others. This was very uncomfortable for them. The driver said he couldn't offer the seat next to him in the front because of COVID". When I called them up

Unprofessional. Showed up 90 mins early. Then second car didn’t have the car seat for an 18m old we specifically booked 24 hours in advance. Driver that arrived said lack of seat wasn’t his problem. Called main office said a new driver would be there in 20 mins with car seat. Called after 20 mins. Was told you sent our driver away so we don’t have anyone for you.Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Only glad that we didn’t have to pay in advance. Avoid at all costs.

Great service and much cheaper than other cab companies (especially Uber and Bolt!). I had to get to the airport at 5am so needed a very early cab. I received a confirmation text after I called to book and then a text a few minutes before the cab was due to arrive with the driver's name, car type and number plate. The driver then confirmed everything once I got in the car. Felt very safe and was professional. Would use again.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a taxi for an early morning pick up to the airport and they were extremely late. I ended up rushing on the tube and gave up waiting.I then decided to give them another go for an airport pick up from Heathrow. They were 30 minutes late. The driver couldn’t speak English and was a very dangerous driver. He hummed the whole way and kept breaking very hard. As a pregnant woman of 30+ weeks, I feared for both mine and my babies safety.Never ever using again.

We got picked up at Gatwick Airport. The driver was there as agreed. We had specified we needed a child seat. When we asked the driver to confirm he had one as it was not fitted in the car, he gave it to us and was expecting us to fit it.He did try and help but he was implying it is easy to do. We have used other providers before and they always arrived with fitted car seats.The car was astonishingly dirty, I am including pictures of the back seats. There were crumbs of greasy food on and near the door handle.

Pre booked a taxi to Heathrow 2 days prior and called twice to confirm the booking for £65 which included the drop off fee and said I would receive a text to confirm. Having not received a text I called twice to request for the text and was reassured the booking was processed.At the time I was expecting the taxi to arrive, I called and was informed the booking had not been placed. I was then ordered a new taxi to come which came after 20 minutes as opposed to 5 (amount of time they claimed it would take). The taxi driver got us to the airport in time however informed me I had to pay the drop off fee, contrary to the original booking.Abba cars has shown a severe lack of professionalism over the phone and evidently in the way they communicate to drivers. I’m not sure how this situation can be rectified.
