Place was very quiet on arrival. Not many activities for a two year old. The food is very sub par. All food for three of us come out at the same time, but a cheeseburger was very dry to one side, as if it had been microwaved due to being cooked too soon. Price is fair for children, £4 and it comes with a child's meal. Don't think we will visit again.

Took my 3 daughters here yesterday to finish my 4 year olds birthday off with a little extra treat. The play area was very clean, the staff were really lovely and couldn't help enough. The play area is perfect because it's got the area for the older kids and the little play area for the under 5's which has a lot inside it. I will 100% be coming back with my children. Me and my wife are happy with the service there also.

Went there with my wife & 1 yr old daughter. She loves it there. there is very good child safety which is a must & once you pay, can play all day. the food is nice & reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend

Fab place to take the kids after school for play and tea, and the after school meal deal is such great value for money!Surprised mine and his friend today with a visit and they had such fun. Loads to do within the safe and secure building - slides, soft play, sky TV, air hockey, baby play area and so much more! The lovely friendly staff can't do enough to please, and the kids had such a brilliant time - they'll definitely sleep well tonight yay :)

A great place for the children to have fun & play. My only concern is the shutter door at the back of the play area. I saw a child fall & hit his back . Maybe something could be put on the edges to make it more childsafe . Or even section off that back area from the children?

Just (and literally mean, just - a few hours ago) had our daughters 6th birthday party at the Lions Den. We’d been before but only a few times but the staff, the attention and the whole day went off without a hitch. We booked this around a month ago. Originally we had a 5 week gap but had to move it, which was easy and done without any fuss. Recommendations on food were taken, our daughters friends were welcomed in so well and food was served when they said it would be, accompanied by the booked mascot. I would recommend the Lion’s Den to anyone but certainly to those parents who are booking a party.

I'm so disappointed... my children and I have visited lions den alot over the past few years and everytime we go recently it just seems to get worse, latest experience was friday just gone... firstly... most of the tables were dirty, had to ask for it to be cleaned... then once we'd ordered our £30 food for 2kids and 2 adults when we ordered excatly the same as last time and it wasnt that much then, took over an hour to receive said food...the lady we spoke to about this was very rude! Only good thing I can say was the kids playing...

I have brought my grandson over for the first time since lockdown.We have a 9.30 time slot along with approx half a dozen other children.I am SO impressed with how the staff are organising it.Everything is exceptionally clean with hand sanitizer, temperature check plus track and trace in place. Staff all wear shielding visors too.They ve built a fabulous outdoor play area during shut down and it certainly enhances and enriches the play experience.I.am SO.impressed.Well done Lion s Den.You ve got it 100% right.Many thanks Julia and Louis Webb

Dont go here anymore. I find the place cramped and seating very limited. Baby changing was dark and dirty.The big thing for me was the picky attitudes of staff. For instance my daughter who is a teenager wasn't allowed to buy and carry over a hot drink to my table because health and safety meant she may have spilt it on a child but 2 mum's sat in the baby area with their babies with hot drinks in hand was ok???...

Love that adults can play in softplay too. The only family oriented soft play in the area. Only reason for 4 stars is the lack of plant based options. Otherwise great family fun and I love it. Can’t wait for it to open again and would like to see a reward program
